Heat and flow meters (measuring devices) are designed for commercial metering of heat energy. These data can be transferred without any additional devices (adapters) to the printer, portable console, computer or via modem through phone lines to personal computers. Heat meters LVTE-3C can be used with all types of flow meters. It can be variable differential pressure flow meters, ultrasonic, inductive (electromagnetic) or water vaned and turbine meters, vortex, etc. Inter-verification interval along with flow meters IVK - 4 years. Heat meter provides:
- measurement and indication of current flow and temperature in 1-5 pipelines;*
- calculation and displaying of total heat and current heat capacity for one or two circuits of heat supply system;
- storage of measurements, calculations and parameters of abnormal situations in non-volatile memory;
- output of current and archival information through a serial interface for printer or computer (directly or via modem).
*without the possibility of measuring the temperature of cold water in agreement with the Electric Utility organization programming of two values (summer and winter) is possible.

Contents of archived data:
1. Average flow, temperature and expended thermal capacity are stored per each hour of the current 24-hour period and the previous 51 hours.
2. Mean 24-hour values of all heat parameters of the current and previous months are stored.
MTBF is not less than 10,000 hours. Full service life is at least 10 years.
At customer request flow meter may be equipped with build-in regulator similar to ERT.
