Electromagnetic flow meters IVK with remote display

"KatrLess" Ltd. offers electromagnetic flow meters-counters IVK (number in the State Register U1479-05), designed to measure the flow of conducting fluids (technical and drinking water, beer, ketchup, etc.) ranging from 0.06 to 780 m³ per hour. The maximum permissible error - 0.5%.

Flow meters are available in sizes ranging from Dn15 to Dn150, in three versions: IVK-1, IVK-2, IVK-3. All modifications have impulse output. IVK-2 also has a liquid crystal display, which displays instantaneous flow, total flow and time counter. At customer' request flow meter can be equipped with current output (4-20mA). Modified version of the flow meter IVK with remote LCD display is designed for operation when the flow meter installation location is not suitable for installation of the LCD indicator due to technical parameters or flow meter location is not convenient for measurement control.

Flow meter has low requirements for straight sections of pipeline - 3 flow meter’s diameters long pipeline before flow meter and 2 diameters after. Without any structural elements in the inner channel flow meter does not create additional pressure in the pipeline and does not require any filters. Due to the lack of moving parts the lifetime of flow meter has technically no limits.

Flow meters can be mounted in horizontal, vertical and inclined part of a pipeline, the only requirement is a guaranteed content of the channel of flow meter with fluid. We provide 18 months warrancy from the date of purchase. Inter-verification interval is 4 years.

Flow meters can be purchased as a part of a heat meter LVTE-3C, or separately.
