Electromagnetic flow meters IVK

"KatrLess" Ltd. offers electromagnetic flow meters-counters IVK (number in the State Register U1479-05), designed to measure the flow of conducting liquids (technical and drinking water, beer, ketchup, etc.) ranging from 0.06 to 780 m³ per hour. The maximum permissible error - 0.5%.

Flow meters are available in sizes ranging from Dn15 to Dn150, in three versions: IVK-1, IVK-2, IVK-3. All modifications have impulse output. IVK-2 also has a liquid crystal display, which displays instantaneous flow, total flow and time counter. At customer' request flow meter can be equipped with current output (4-20mA).

Flow meter has low requirements for straight sections of pipeline - 3 flow meter’s diameters long pipeline before flow meter and 2 diameters after. Without any structural elements in the inner channel flow meter does not create additional pressure in the pipeline and does not require any filters. Due to the lack of moving parts the lifetime of flow meter has technically no limits.

Flow meters can be mounted in horizontal, vertical and inclined part of a pipeline, the only requirement is a guaranteed content of the channel of flow meter with liquid. We provide 18 months warrancy from the date of purchase. Inter-verification interval is 4 years.

Flow meters can be purchased as a part of a heat meter LVTE-3C, or separately.
